Try running this batch file which will reset winsock, reset the TCP/IP stack and release renew your IP.

Are you able to make a wireless contact?
Check the settings of the networkcard.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

Man, the only thing I hate really about Windows 7 is the ethernet. I haven't tried mine yet but I am going to because I need to update my router's firmware (D-Link DIR-825 RevB). Hope it will work as I never used it before. :S
