Snail-paced internet days are over, I guess (I don't care that much about upload, as I don't usually upload anything massive apart from photos and some videos, but not so often)..
Everything is back to normal and I hope it will stay so for a loooong time

As that's in MegaBits per second you would probably get just over 10% of that as ACTUAL download/upload speed.
So in your case, 2.5MB/s and 26KB/s
