I tweaked a few settings in my router and I seem to be getting better than normal.

What package do you have? I assume it's Comcast. Also, in your system specs, you have it labeled 75 and 12, upload and download...that should be download and upload

Good old Comcast, they have been in my pocket since 1972! Right now I'm on a long time customer promotion, 50/10 for $40 a month, not bad for internet and basic cable tv. The router allows me to hook up the SAT box, cell phones, damn near everything electronic.

@ Tews, yeah it's Brighthouse. But, have you noticed on Speedtest.net, that all the Brighthouse servers are missing? There used to be one in Tampa and one in Orlando, but they've no longer shown.

So.... I was wondering if you know what gives? I've called BH and the tech support (LOL) guys in India know nothing and just say they are a sister company of Time Warner. I want to know why the servers are missing.

I'm paying $145/mo for 90/10 internet with Ubee wireless router, phone, and HD cable TV (3 boxes) without any premium channels.

Brighthouse servers seem to come and go ... it's a crap shoot. My speed test results are identical to yours btw... Brighthouse leases Time Warners' servers for their 90/10 service and I've never had a problem... :)
