Exactly because your flag is US but your internet service is in India?

It's not your flag, it's your timezone that's wrong. Makes life difficult if your local time is so much different to what is shown in your profile!!

Speedtest.net by Ookla - My Results
I had Time Warner Cable internet upgraded to 12Mbps/1.5Mbps to improve quality of the VOIP with Ring Central. I am testing the speed via SpeedTest.net, Megapath.com, and speeedof.me The download speed seem to be in 12M but the upload is not even 1Mbps...hovering .2 or .3mbps. Is it the VOIP phone constantly connecting to the server offsite with RIngCentral? Is it the layers of dummy switches? I called TWC and they had me plug my laptop directly into the modem and I was able to see 1.5Mbps. What you think?
