No wonder I get weird messages sometimes like "Sorry you cannot connect at the moment, the internet is being downloaded by another user"

Mine varies depending on the OS... in XP I always get around this speed:



In Vista and W7 I always get around 10-12Mbps

It's a quite normal speed in my town (or even in the country).
