    Crikey! With speeds like that, you must surely be the envy of everyone here. Many of us would be happy enough if we could achieve a download speed somewhere near that of your upload! If your speed from your ISP is as consistantly as high as that, I would have thought that they would deserve a 5-star rating. :)
