    Lot higher than I thought, although keep in mind speeds are throttled down over time. I did a test from the local (sfo.speakeasy.net) Speakeasy server and it was 6633/7000. Generally I don't go below 6Mbps/1Mbps. Anything over 5/1 is good for now. When real hi-def streaming comes along, perhaps 10-20 Mbps will be required.

    Probably should state from where to where to give a fair comparison. This is from Omaha to Wash DC - almost exactly 1000 miles.
