    hmmm so after orange promised us "Unlimited downloads" they've decided to cap us as we've gone over the fair use policy so now after 6 i get this speed

    I would be inclined to go elsewhere once your contract is up. That is not much better than dial-up.

    Is this mobile, or land-line? What are you paying for this so-called service?

    Hi Dwarf, my ISP also has this fair access policy wherein the download speed of the usb dongle is upto 3mbps till 1st 15gb. After that, the speed drops to 0.2 mbps.

    Over £20... and yeah hopefully gonna start looking around for better broadband this weekend and if i could give 1 piece of advice to you all DO NOT BUY ORANGE BROADBAND! EVER! Their customer services are somewhat dissatisfactory to say the least and capping us for downloading too much on an UNLIMITED downloads packages? It means i can barely use the internet when i get home which is mainly when I want to use it So i wish fibre optic cables would hurry up and reach my area...
