Have to disable and enable network adapter to fix internet

Only recently I have had issues with internet drop outs which I thought were to do with my router but
if I disable the Local area connection/adapter and then enable it again the internet starts working.

I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled with a new one but it still seems to happen maybe twice a day.

I have a z87 g45 motherboard, I'm not sure if its the killer network manager that comes with the driver
    that may be causing problems

Hi, have you checked your eventvwr to see what errors might be occurring?

    Could be a DHCP problem?

I got these 2 errors in event viewer, Both of these happened exactly when the internet went down

Name resolution for the name safebrowsing.clients.google.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

The name "WORKGROUP :1d" could not be registered on the interface with IP address 192.168.1.100. The computer with the IP address 192.168.1.104 did not allow the name to be claimed by this computer.
