    can you clarify, please?

Do you want to know site with tutorials about Windows 7?

Do you want to login to your computer from another computer through internet?

    Or something else?

Check out Teamviewer a remote control software (free for non commercial use) which works great if you want to help other users with their settings/setup etc.

It's my first time I want to do such a thing
I don't know exactly how to do it
I download & install the Teamviewer
It gave me an ID and password
How am I gonna use these ID and password to connect to my computer?

someone told me about this site: http://oos.cc
is this software do the same?

Now you install Teamviewer on the other computer and with the correct password and ID you can connect those comps through the internet.

Nope it's not doing the same...here a wiki entry about OOS.cc
    and here about Teamviewer

Don't TeamViewer, Logmein and Crossloop require someone to accept the connection on the target system? If so you can't really control it remotely unless someone is available.

VNC though, allows you to connect to the target system running a VNC server even when no one is there. I use TightVNC for this, running the client on my Win 7 system and server on my XP Web server.

not true , logmein is easily setup to work without anyone at the remote PC

    As can Teamviewer.

I do it all the time, and it would be pretty dumb for them to design it without that feature for the people who have to support work computers from home.
