REMOTE DESKTOP does not show up in CNTL PANEL

I've searched through several forums and cannot find anything that looks like this problem.

    >>> REMOTE ACCESS does not show up at all in control panel.

I acccess / CNTL PANEL / SYSTEM / ALLOW REMOTE ACCESS / SYSTEM PROPERTIES

Top half of screen shows - REMOTE ASSISTANCE

Bottom half of screen is blank - there is no REMOTE DESKTOP

    Totally puzzled. Advice appreciated.

    Sorry no.

Clarification - this is for a remote computer, to enable an INBOUND RDP connection. Works fine/looks normal on several of my Win7 PCs. Just on one PC does the REMOTE DESKTOP enable option not show up anywhere.

Do you have mstsc.exe in system32?

Type mstsc in start search , see if that gets you there.
