DLNA is not considered "When Sharing Media" in power mode settings.

I have DLNA working perfectly to my PS3. My win7 machine in the basement is connected via 100 Mb Ethernet to the PS3 upstairs. When I start a DLNA server (I have tried 2 different ones so far), I can see and play the files upstairs. However, Win7 does not consider that "streaming" for power saving features. If I set my Sleep time for Win7 to 1 hour, and then go into advanced power options - Multimedia Settings - When Sharing Media - Prevent Idling to Sleep, it has no effect. If I change it to "Allow the computer to enter away mode" it also has no effect. Win7 will happily put itself to sleep at whatever the Sleep timeout is set for.
On the other hand, if I use my original XBOX which supports SMB shares, and I play a video from a shared directory on my Win7, then the computer happily stays awake. When I am done the video, the sleep timer starts and when I come downstairs in the morning, the computer has put itself to sleep.
Is there any way to force Win7 to pick up the fact that it is sharing media via DLNA and avoid putting itself to sleep? I can obviously bump up the sleep timeout to 2 or 3 hours, but that kind of destroys the point of having it automatically go into sleep mode. If I had my way, I would set it for 20 mins max as long as DLNA was being detected so that it stayed awake.
