If you go to services.msc highlight the dps service and right click properties. it should look like this. If it doesn't you either have to live without remote assist, or re-install windows 7.

Strange but there might be a corrupted System File.

you might try this:

insert the win 7 DVD
orb -> type cmd
right click - run as manager
in the popup type sfc /scannow

it will take a bit of time, but this will check for any corrupted or missing System Files. and correct if any are found.
Reboot and then check to see if all is working now.

Thx very much for help.i update window agian put the window 7 DVD and solve the problem.internet is working.everything is there nth lost.

i just updated window not install frech copy.
