Windows 7: internet goes down

Hello, Is my first time one this forums, but I'm going crazy.

First my English sucks a little, sorry for that.

Second my motherboard is Asus P6T SE and Intel I7, my network card is Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller, driver date:20-09-2010, version: 7.27.920.2010.

My OS is windows 7 ultimate 64 bits.

My problem is that Internet connection is going down, emule and utorrent still working slowly, but Internet explorer and Mozilla die!!

I have change directly ip, DNS and Gateway, etc, nothing work!!

Some can help me??

Firewall, AV, configuration issue.

Does it do the same in safe mode (F8) with networking?

Are you using "homegroup"?

Are there any non win 7 machines on the network?
