I would make certain that you have the correct driver for your realtek RTL8139/810x eithernet adaptor. The only one I found is on this Realtek site in the link below. There are two for Windows 7, one has an auto installation set up.

The realtek site is very slow to open and so are the driver files but the two windows 7 drivers seems to be working for me. It opens with a blank page for me and then you get the options to save the file.

I don't think its my driver too. I updated that a bunch of times. As i said wired wont even work on my PS3

If the ps3 won't even go online with your wired connection then it kinda has to be the modem or router.

The part in bold appears to still be there, your ipconfig shows manual DNS entries that need to be removed from the equation.
