Randomly losing connection/ default gateway not available

So I have had this problem for several days and it is starting to frustrate me. I lose connection to internet randomly. It can be as frequent as every few minutes, or it can happen once in a day. I fix it by clicking "troubleshoot problems". It resets something, and fixes it for some time with a message: The default gateway is not available.
Any suggestions? Here is a screenshot of my ipconfig/all. Btw I don't use a router.

Since according to your image file attachment it appears that your PC is using a publicly addressable IP Address, we can only assume that you are plugged directly into the device that was provided by your ISP. If that is not the case please advise in future posts. Otherwise perhaps this issue would better be addressed with you provider. Perhaps a call to them might help in determining if they have any known issues with Windows 7 OS, or the presence of an IPv6 device on their network, or issues with Gigabit Network Cards and their provided device, etc. The DHCP lease times are relatively short (2 hours) this may be exacerbating the problem by I wouldn't think so provided everything else is working optimally. Additionally I would seriously consider disabling NetBIOS over TCP/IP on such a network just as a precaution.
