Is there a Windows 7 equivalent of XP netdiag

Title says it all. Is there?

In XP, netdiag was very useful. It gave a lot of useful info, like this (from XP Mode):

Apparently not. Starting with Vista, they started integrating it into the OS. So you are left with "Troubleshooters" which don't give you the info, but rather the outcome of their attempt to troubleshoot.
