Good idea -- I would love to send MS an email but I can't find a support email address. As you windows is an OEM version MS want to charge for any sort of personal support. Please let me know if you know of an MS email address where I could get free support.

There is a place called which supposedly provide verified experts but they also charge -- although it seems to be a reasonable charge. They might be my last resort.

Thanks for your help and ideas.

Since yours is a general inquiry, I would use the first email. This way you do not incur charges from MS. Explain your situation, and they should be helpful. They have usually been for me.
