    Setting Up a VPN

I recently downloaded and installed a VPN but when I try to connect to it I get error messages saying check firewall settings and check if I have an internet connection which I do have. My problem is I have used another VPN a while ago but I had to install OpenVPN first then the VPN program but with this one I just installed it without installing OpenVPN. I have quite a few services disabled on my system and in my firewall but I don't know which ones I should enable/start or make automatic or what step I am missing. I've tried disabling firewall but the same result.
Please help the program is CyberGhostVPN.
Thanks in advance sorry for the long post.

    Hi Dj Gudda,

Here's the FAQ's page of CyberGhostVPN, it should be helpful.
