    Admin Help With MMC

I have two accounts with Admin rights. I'll just call them account A and account B. On Windows XP, I was always logged in as account A. Account A had a MMC shortcut on its desktop and I would right click and Run as account B because account B has access to my company's DHCP and Windows Update snapin.

I learned about holding the shift key and right clicking to Run as different user. When I type in the credentials for account B, it gives me the following message, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

So my question is, how can I access my MMC shortcut with account B?
