    sharing folders


    when i remotely browse my system, my documents, my pictures folders are visible when i logiin remotely, how do i stop sharing them, while sharing other folders like downloads, movies etc

I liked Vista's option at the bottom of the network and sharing center: "Show me all the files and folders I am sharing" Where can I access this in Windows 7. I cannot find it and it must be here.
