Probably best to use the one for DHCP set up, so third picture change both of those DNS servers to the ones I typed in earlier then hit "apply" and check to see if your connection works any better. 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.

P-660-HN-F1 routers need you to add 192.168.1.1 to the list of DNS servers in the LAN - DHCP settings. No idea why this works, it just does. THEN go and update the firmware
