Ok everything looks normal there, no miniport problem.

As to your present DNS of 124.106.4.2 and the other one are based in the Phillippines. So you might want to try using another DNS server. You will need to get into your routers DNS setting for this. I can't tell what kind of router you are using because it seems to have a foreign default gateway.

If you can get into your routers DNS setting you should try changing the DNS to something else like open DNS. You would be best off doing this in your routers settings so as to avoid a conflict with your IPv4 settings.

To use OpenDNS, all you have to do is open your Network Connections or Router’s settings page and update the default DNS server to point to the OpenDNS nameservers that are 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.

    No need for another image.
If you can get into the routers settings and change the DNS server to the ones I posted then we can go from there. :)

That is your IPv4 settings windows not your routers set up page?

You could try changing the DNS in your IPv4 properties but it's best to go into your routers settings to change the DNS servers by typing in your default gateway of 112.201.0.1 then navigate to the DNS server settings and change to the ones I posted earlier.

It may work either way but I'm trying to avoid any type of DNS conflict by making the changes in your routers settings.

Probably best to use the one for DHCP set up, so third picture change both of those DNS servers to the ones I typed in earlier then hit "apply" and check to see if your connection works any better. 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.
