Wireless not working on new laptop
Good Morning - Any help is appreciated.
I purchased a new HP laptop (G42 41 5DX) with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 BIT. When connecting to wireless, it says limited access and is not working. However, when connecting via the ethernet cord, I can get online with no problem. We own a desktop and another laptop which connects to the wireless without any problems so I know that the signal is fine. Verizon Fios is my ISP and my router is an Actiontec MI424WR Rev E.
I've tried a hard reset of the router (leaving it unplugged) but this has not fixed the problem.
Any advice?
