how to make a homegroup?

    the location of my ISP is on manila(their main branch) and im in tacloban i dont use any proxy server either the proxy of my isp or public proxies

    my sister said its not a router though its an fast ethernet switcher my bro provided it to give internet to my notebook and my pc

    what im trying to do is to make a homegroup so that i can print from my notebook directly

    i'd be glad to ask if whats the normal thing in ipconfig/how should it look like :)
