Unable to see user on other computer

I'll try keep this brief and to the point all help appreciated.
I run 2 main computers on my network and occasionally a 3rd all are new and have good specs.
    PC1
    NAME-PC
    Windows 7 ultimate 64bit
    1 Gig eth
All movies/tv series/ebooks stored on this computer

    NAME-LAPTOP
    Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit
    Wireless

    OCCASIONAL-PC
    Windows Home Premium 32bit
    Wireless

    Problem 1
Laptop and OCCASIONAL-PC after every restart when trying to connect to NAME-PC prompt for username/password even after I've clicked remember my credentials.

    Problem 2
This only happened on OCCASIONAL-PC but now is present on laptop as well. When I log into my PC from the others I'm only able to see Public in the user folder when originally I could see all the users meaning I now cant see and enter the user where all my media is effectively stranding it on my computer.

Hi, Welcome to sevenforums. Have you created a homegroup? If not there's a good tutorial here to show you how:- Homegroup - Create.
