    Hi and welcome.
first the best way to share a connection is either with a router, or a switch. there is a less expensive way. There is an item called a splitter that plugs into the cable modem and 2 cables can plug into it. Router is a better solution because it allows both computers to share 1 connection at full speed. Splitter doesn't.
second file sharing in win 7. you need to share something (contol panel network and sharing) on one computer and set up a homegroup.
When you get both computers on via a router or splitter we can help you set up sharing easily.

Hope this helps and dont hesitate to ask

    Details...

First of all thx for the quick reply and the welcoming message. :)

At the moment i don't have a router or a switch to use and the internet connection comes from a UTP cable from a sort of a bigger network.

The main computer has internet connection but i can't figure out how to do it for the second. I have 2 network cards on the main computer (1 on-board and 1 PCI).

When i had the WinXP it was very easy but Win7... it's a pain in the ass. Maybe it's because i didn't have too much contact win Vista.

So if there is any1 who can help me... i need a solution for my current situation.

If i must post any specs lemme know. Thx.

If I understand correctly you are getting internet from a larger (business) network via cable. the cat 5 cable goes into the main computer via an onboard card. the splitter (abt $2 US) can be plugged into the main computer first and the cable from the bigger network into it. then there is a second plug in the splitter that you can plug a cable into and run it to the second computer. If you cant get the splitter where you are, you can also set up the second nic (pci?) and use it to supply internet to the second computer. This isn't the easiest to explain so if you have questions feel free to ask

    Hope this helped

    INTERNET --------> PC 1 (share connection) --------> PC 2

I don't wanna and i can't buy anything. I just bought my 2nd PC and i am broke now.

All i want is a lil guidance in how to share my internet connection and make it work.

Do you have an extra ethernet cable? If so, plug the ethernet cable into the main pc on the second network card and plug the other end of the ethernet cord into secondary pc network card. That's how I did it before on Windows XP, haven't tried on Windows 7. Give that a try. Probably need to make sure both pcs are in the same workgroup also.

MamaDraq, I totally feel ur sit. ,and I'm telling u, it's not the easiest at all (I've tried ICS many times but mostly with no gains !)

    Anyways..
First u should note that the Ethernet cable should be 'crossed-over' to work between 2 PCs directly..

Then,on ur main PC, open 'Network connections' and right click on ur connection that u wanaa share, 'properties', 'sharing' tab, check 'allow other users to connect thru this ...'

U also might need to check firewalls on both PCs..

    Let me know the results..

Follow this tutorial from Aem, it might help you set up a shared connection.
