hi..i have a hp compaq presario cq61 with windows 7 home premium.. i tried to remove the norton antivirus and install mcafee but then the uac has disabled mt only admin account from making any changes to my laptop at all..it will not accept any windows updates auto.. i cannot access the windows...

My daughter tried to sync her music with a new MP3 player she got for Christmas. After syncing the music, WMC has taken over everything. Desktop Icons, etc. all open WMC. I cannot go to system restore. I cannot go to internet explorer. They all open WMC. Please help.

When trying to work on laptop by cursor goes off in different directions and the page moves to the top and bottom at times which does not allow me to click on what I'm trying todo on the screen. Dell laptop - Vista.
