My Internet won't connect it says limited acsess

I can get on my iPod and my mum can use her laptop by it wot work on mine, it says limited access and I did a troubleshoot and it said my wireless doesn't have an ip can someone help me, its not an old laptop either I only had itcor Xmas

Any chance we can get your system specs so we know what hardware you have?

I got windows7 and sky broadband

What do I need to do though
