    Trouble sharing libraries with Homegroup

I'm trying to share all of my libraries between my PC and laptop that are both in that same homegroup but all I get are blank icons that do not open with no error messages. There was a point in time when my laptop was able to access the libraries on my PC but not vice versa. Since then I, however, have reformatted my laptop and now I'm unable to even view the PC's library from the laptop.

I have played around with the advanced sharing settings, put them in the same workgroup, tried leaving then rejoining the homegroup both ways, manually added Homegroup to the sharing options, etc. to no avail.

I have attached a picture of how the icons look.

I am having the same problem. Three computers on Win 7 Home Premium 64bit, Win 7 Pro 64bit, and Win 7 Ultimate 64bit. Cannot view files on Ultimate machine from other machines. Same odd icons is all you see. Auto fix and trouble shoot see nothing wrong. Ultimate machine sees other machines' files with no problems.
