internet bridging?

Hi, I need help extending the wifi access in my building.I have one ACTIONTEC router that won't reach some tenants. How can I configure my NETGEAR router to bridge the internet from the ACTIONTEC router?

I am unable to create a true network bridge. I believe the problem is that whenever I plug an ethernet cable into my computer, my wireless shuts off. I was wondering how it would be possible to have both cable and wireless internet at the same time, in order for the bridge to be successful.
