This is the ipconfig when the pinging failed. But it seems to be the same as when the internet is normal.

Couple of things to try to check whether it is an internal or an external problem:
1. When the connection isn't working, try pinging the router from command prompt type:
If that works, then it's an external problem, so you'll need to go to step 2.Code:ping 192.168.1.254
2. If you type 192.168.1.254 into your web browser and input the username and password (you may need to check the documentation on that) there should be a screen that says something like "Status" or "Diagnostic" please upload a screenshot of that screen. Specifically I'm interested in the sync speed, external gateway address and SNR. If it also includes the authentication status then that is a bonus. This will work whether you have internet access or not.
Also do any of the lights on the router go off or turn red?
