You'll find that if you have ISATAP devices they'll no doubt be hidden

This is the ipconfig when the pinging failed. But it seems to be the same as when the internet is normal.

Couple of things to try to check whether it is an internal or an external problem:

    1. When the connection isn't working, try pinging the router from command prompt type:
    Code:
    ping 192.168.1.254
If that works, then it's an external problem, so you'll need to go to step 2.

    2. If you type 192.168.1.254 into your web browser and input the username and password (you may need to check the documentation on that) there should be a screen that says something like "Status" or "Diagnostic" please upload a screenshot of that screen. Specifically I'm interested in the sync speed, external gateway address and SNR. If it also includes the authentication status then that is a bonus. This will work whether you have internet access or not.

Also do any of the lights on the router go off or turn red?

That's not a problem, don't worry, I'm normally about here. Or if I'm not then someone else can look at it. Quick question, does it happen at certain times of day? Say in the evening?

Hmm it happens randomly. Sometimes in the night, sometimes in the day. .
