Wanting to only share one printer and no files in Homegroup

    I'm glad it's working. Some more information that will give you a lot of information is built into Windows 7. Help and Support and type in Home Group/Work Group/ Sharing folders ect. One at a time of course. Now this doesn't mean don't come here for help it's just a little added information that can be handy.

    I went to the network/shares and chose to UNshare my C\: and that fixed it.
    @2XG, it was the link you provided which got me thinking...finally.
