    What did I mess up?

    Hello,
I recently installed a DLink DIR-615 and configured it manually. Having many more options than I knew what to do with, I may have messed something up. My LAN has 2 wireless and my main hardwired to the router and a Linux box running Ubuntu hardwired also. I've never had any problem switching routers and retaining connectivity to my wired devices. Well, until now! Unbuntu will not connect automatically as it has always done in the past. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks in advance for any advice, information, WAG or opinions.

You have connected the Ubuntu machine to a router per cable, and the Ubuntu machine is not finding the connection?

    Howdy Mike,
Of course Ubuntu has updated since I last installed the Linksys I replaced. I believe it may be seeing it but it pops up a fairly large dialouque box asking many questions I don't understand. It wants mac addresses it has a wired option, DSL option, wireless. So I probably hit a wrong configuration.
