Odd Connectify Issues: Connectify update the issue?

I've been searching my brains out with no luck. I use my blackberry USB tether for internet and use Connectify to broadcast it as WIFI. All of the sudden I go out of town and come back and everything is messed up. I cannot seem to send data at anything better then .10kbs. I have reformatted my OS, Blackberry and anything else I thought might be the issue.

I'm running out of options. Could it be the Connectify update that's the problem? (If there even was one) Windows update? IP6? I'm just at a loss here and really need the wifi

Oh and Firewall is completely turned off and there is no 3rd party apps on the machine. This is pretty much straight out the box with connectify and a few other programs installed but nothing that is a firewall, antivirus or security

Ok just went to device manager and clicked show hidden items. There are tons of "Connectify's" I bet that has something to do with it. I remember reading something about people having issues with to many adapters.
