If it does not work in Safe Mode, it will not work with clean boot.
Lets go another way
Upadate and make a full anti virus scan
Download and upadate, then make a full scan with malwarebytes.

If you think its the router, but probably is not. Connect directly to modem for test.
We have to exclude possiblities to arrive at the answer.

You should have all the updates, but what I meant was update the antivirus and malwarebytes before the scans.

You are very welcome. I just hope that we can fix the problem. That is our real reward. I will be going to bed soon. You can post and if another does not answer I will get it tomorrow.
Good luck

Go to search
type device manager
Make sure that you do not see any yellow markers. If you do update those drivers.
I think that because you have not kept current with the updates, your drivers are not up to date and may be the cause of your problem.

I've been using 32 bit OS's for a while, frankly because i've never had more than 4gig. Now i've just upgraded to 8 gig, so I need to up to 7 64 bit. Now, I know along with needing a 64 bit version of windows, I need a 64 bit capable processor and devices that have 64 bit drivers. I...

W7 64bit:Ok to install 32bit programs outside the 32bit programfolder?
OS: Win 7 64bit. Is it generally not a problem to choose to install a piece of 32bit software outside the win 7 default program folder for 32bit software? Or is 32bit software only supposed to be running flawlessly, if installed in that default 32bit folder? Thanks.

Prevent programs to access internet (home calls)
Sorry, if this question was answered already, couldn't find it. Maybe somebody could give me a quick hint. I don't really need a firewall (I use a router). I'm looking just for something that alerts me if a program wants to access internet (and send out information) and where I have the...

Many of my programs can't seem to access the internet?
Hi everybody, first post here ;) So naturally it's a problem. Most of my programs work fine (Firefox, IE8, Xfire, Halo, etc.); but a lot of the other ones can't seem to access the internet. Windows Live's setup always seems to give me that problem, plus Windows Update and McCafee (!!). I'm...
