    Wireless connection issues..

For the past few days, I have been on a intermittent wireless connection. Under the wireless network icon, there's an ! mark, I tried to solve it using Microsoft diagnosis, but it didnt work. I switched off Microsoft Miniport Adaptor too.. didnt work as well. I Pinged my own connection using Command Prompt and the results were fine.

But the funny thing is, for a limited random number of sites, I am still able to access. I tried Torrenting and it still works too.

Any solutions or help will be greatly appreciated.

A ! typically means "Limited" or "No Internet Access", yet it was successful in connecting to the router.

    1. Can we have your Router make/model?
    2. Can you ping your router successfully?
    3. Can you access ALL sites this way, or just some, or none?
    4. Are your speeds slower than normal?
    5. Do you have any other wired or wireless devices on your network and if so, how are they doing?
    6. Have you tried to connect to a different network say at a coffee shop or a friend's house? If so, did you have the same problem?

    1. Gateway . Will check Model number when I am back.
    2. Yup.
    3. Just some.
    4. Yes, when I am able to access the internet.
    5. Yup. Those on wireless connection seem to suffer the same issue, except for the desktop uisng the LAN cable.
    6. Nope. I tried connecting to my phone's hotspot and oit worked.

Ok. I'm actually having the same problem with my network currently. By chance, can you ping your router and a web site, making sure to add "-n 10" to the command as well as tracert a web site that you can access? I want to see what the times are like.
