Hmm not sure what to try next, is it only missing on the nero icons ,can you uninstall/repair nero or just reinstall it completely, its seems a bit drastic a fix ,has anyone else got any other ideas?

Seems to me that Nero specifically is the problem there. The two missing Icons are nero icons. First thing I would check, is go to Nero's program folder (C:\Program Files... etc) and find the nero exe. Is there a ".ico" file in the same folder? That is usually where programs draw their custom Icons from.
