If it was a VPS you would RDP onto the VPS, instead you are connecting to another network in a "dial in" fashion, this makes it a VPN. In regards to port forwarding unless you have very LAX admin good luck, I wont forward ports unless its for a 100% good reason and required.

Iam confused I want to host server in my pc and allot more I dont want PF for rat or some shit I can use php rat dosint need pf all i need is to pf becuse i want to host servers and use my own server etc. :)
