Let me describe the issue with more details. Using this website as an example, I log on with "remember me" checked. In the past, I believe I stay logged in no matter how many time I close and re-open IE. Lately, when I visit this site, the site no longer "remember me". After a sucessful log in, the site may remembers me for serveral hours or a day. When I visit the site late, I have to re-enter my user id and password again.

This issue is not just with this website. There are several other sites that I visit regularly and I encounter the same problem.

I don't believe this is an issue with RoboForm but somehow relates to cookies handling of IE.

let me ask you a dumb question. Is your browser set to clear cookies and cache, etc on shutting?

    - "Empty temporary internet files folder when browser close" is unchecked.
    - no 3rd party software is used to delete IE files when shutting down.
