I figured it out.
read through this whole thing first, and decide, what you want to do.
begin:
1. hit windows button.
type cmd.
right-click, select run as administrator
type or paste and edit
this:
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=sevenforums key=123454321
hit enter
now
type or paste and edit:
netsh wlan start hostednetwork
now you have a soft ap
all you have to do is setup ICS (internet connection sharing) this is the easy part.
hit windows button
type network and sharing
this will give you
network and sharing center
click that
on left side silly menu click "change adapter settings"
now you have to figure out which one is actually connected to the internet, should say Internet Access over on the right. if it doesn't I can't help you. should say something like a sentence like local internet connection 1 change that to something that makes sense, and remember what you did. call it internetz.
now figure out which one is called "Microsoft Virtual Miniport Adapter" now wait, hold on a second catch your breath, it's almost over. call it whygodwhy
now remember the one that you named "internetz"
select internetz.
right click it, now select properties.
right underneath where it says "Internetz properties"
select sharing.
here at the top of this will be an empty box, click it now under that it has a little thing, click that, and select "whygodwhy"
now at the bottom, click ok.
you should have now won the game of internetz.

you will probably still have to do the ICS mumbo jumbo yadda yadda (internet connection sharing)
