your DNS server is on an alternate private subnet... It should be the same address as your DHCP server (in most cases). It appears you have it set statically to a 10. subnet.
Frenetic, we never give up! Some of my users and I am experiencing this same issue however the yellow triangle dissappears as the day progresses. When the triangle is present we can still browse the internet with no problem. Some feel this is spyware but I've tried Malwarebytes and Kaspersky AV with nothing reported. You should download Malwarebytes from www.download.com run a scan or/and use Windows Defender which should have came with your laptop to run a scan. Let me know the results.
