Wireless card installed and updated but not functioning

I just installed Win 7 on my custom built PC and everything went great until I tried to access the internet through my wireless card. Windows says that the drivers are all up to date but when I try to open the Ralink Network Utility nothing happens, also windows says that no wireless networks are available. My router is fine because I am accessing wireless internet with my laptop.

    Does anyone have any thoughts?

Do have that rig hooked up by cable network now?

If so I can help you.

Did you create or setup a wireless network in "Network and Sharing Center"?
