Networking and Printing Troubles

Hello All,
I have a problem printing over WIFI to a printer connected to another PC on my home network. PC-1 can see PC-2 & other connected pcs and devices in network explorer but cannot connect to it. When attempting to connect with PC-2 I get Error code: 0x80070035, the network path was not found. PC-2 cannot see any other computers or devices. I have tried leaving the HOMEGROUP and creating another, trying to bypass HOMEGROUP but nothing helps, but can see the router. I hope the info below will help. Thank you to anyone with any help at all.
PC-1 is a DELL Dimension 8400 running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, it has an HP Deskjet 1220C printer USB connected. This PC is connected directly to a Netgear WNDR 3400 N600 router. The newest x64 drivers have been installed and the printer functions properly. Here is what ipconfig listed:

PC-2 is an ASUS B570 laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. When WIFI connected surfing the web works great but we cannot print to the printer. When connected with an Ethernet cable, we can surf and print. The newest x64 drivers have been installed and the printer also functions properly. But to be connected by a cable defeats the purpose of having a laptop for us. Here is the ipconfig for PC-2:

I always used to have problems printing over WIFI untill I gave all the PCs fixed IPs and listed them all in the firewalls of each machine so that they all could see and ping each other without the firewall blocking them. Maybe I am not explaing this too well but all the problems I have had printing remotely were firewall related. Never had a problem since doing the above.

I am truly stumped. I am trying replace my C drive with an SSD. I purchased a Samsung SSD 840 Pro, 256 GB. The install was straight forward, I used Samsung's Migration software to clone the OS onto the new drive. When I disconnect the old C Drive and try to boot from the SSD, the machine will...

I have here an Acer Aspire T180-UB7Z, and it has a stick of RAM that isn't listed on the RAM manufacturer's website as being compatible with the motherboard. I don't know if this is because they haven't tested this particular stick with this motherboard, or if it is incompatible. Basically, no...
