DSL Speed Very Different from Actual Speed

Okay, my internet package stands at 3MB

The DSL on my router page reads 3MB

But when I speed test it, it comes to about 500KB

I am the only one using this internet, all programs are closed, used 5 different speed testing sites.

Can you tell us your system specs and network setup?

using speed tests sites arent reliable, u need a host to download off to see what speeds u get from that.
