    Hello Kliton, welcome to SF!

Depending on the download software and method... I would expect it to have something to do with moving your download file from the temp download directory (and temporary filename) to the place where you wanted it.

A lot of downloading actually happens as follows: the download starts and "builds up the file" in a temporary directory under a weird temporary name. When the whole file is downloaded, it is the "moved" from the temp dir to the place (directory and name) that you chose (either willfully or automatically).

When does this go wrong: a very simple example:
Primary disk with OS is used as the temp location for the file.
Secondary data disk is were you really want it.

If, again, just as an example, that data disk is locked by Bitlocker (and you forgot to unlock it).. the download nearly finishes in the temp location on your C: and then fails to move to the locked D:...

That, I think, would cause your kind of error....

Your English is fine. Please try a directory on your fastest hard disk as the download location. If you have a separate D: disk: put it there. +... are you sure it freezes/stops? Or is it just taking a long time to put the finished file on your desktop?

Just a couple more possibilities. Your antivirus or antispyware may be blocking something it thinks is bad. Depending on how your computer is connected to the internet (dial-up, DSL, etc) you may be losing connectivity at the 99% mark. That's when Windows 7 completes an automatic verification process. If you're using a wireless router, a NAT setting could be causing problems.

And I think that this problem can give me my modem,i use TP-Link ADSL2+Router,because when I log on to the next line of wireless Internet,This problem does not occur.
