If you need help. we need more details on this issue... in other words, help us help you! :):):)

    • What kind of connection? Wired or wireless?
    • Is the PC losing connection? Or is the router? Or modem?
    • Are there any other PCs that are connected to your Internet? If yes, do they connect?
    • What are the lights on the router or modem doing if they are the problem?
    • Have you checked if you have an IP?
    • Can you PING?
    • Where are your system specs????

    • Wired connection is easier to trouble shoot, good!
    • Thanks, see above! Hehe!
    • I meant in your household... yes hopefully if you also have a WLAN it has a good password and is using WPA or WPA2 encryption.
    • Since you said wired is where you noticed issues, does your lappy have lights next to network port? Are they on? Are they blinking?
    • To check IP, open CMD prompt, type IPCONFIG/ALL... make a note of your IP and your gateway IP.
    • From same CMD prompt, type PING (IP of Gateway from above)... what shows?
    • You can fill in system spec from User CP at top of the page. Yours sez xyxyxyxyxyxyxyxxxyxxyyxyxx@ in every catagory...not very helpful to us!
    • Have you tried unplugging and connecting your lappy through the Wifi? Does it also lose connection then?
