missing valid ip

Hey, i got new internet and new router few days ago and today i fixed my other computer, but fast got a problem. I got the icon at taskbar with network and the yellow triangel over it and when i try trubbelshooting it i get this error.

Connection to the local network missing valid ip

My ps3 works and my other computer works :/

I loaded 7 about 4 months ago, fine no problem, got all updates, was genuine with key that was entered, two days ago, got the popups and not genuine watermark, does microsoft change keys for authenticity? Never had this problem with xp or vista.
