Win7 My Docs runs slow over Network

I have a windows 7 x64 machine that holds my documents folder for 2 other computers. Each computer is mapped to that file share which has multiple directories including my documents all located at the root of the drive. I have no problems accessing or modifying from any PC. Lately 1 PC only has problems making modifications to a my documents sub folder. What happens is everything seems like it is slow motion. Slow response to right click, modifying folder or file and sometimes I have to refresh the folder before changes appear. Every other folder seems to work perfectly except for the \\my docs\family tree. This same folder works fine on the other 2 remote pcs including host machine.

    I am running Windows 7 SP1 X64, 6GB Ram, I7, 1GB Nic,

I dont care about the information you said but if thats the case then check your sharing or network they would have to be the cause.

I figured it out, I cleared the offline file cache w/ a registry key and then disabled offline files. I'll try resync at another time, but it seems to be working.

Basic explanation of offline files Understanding offline files and the more detailed version of Microsoft Understanding offline files.

Clearing the Client Side Caching or CSC can be done on the next restart with adding a registry key.
